Phil Zwierzchowski

General Manager

Phil lived in suburban Detroit before moving to Troy in 2004 to raise his family and lead Troy Country Club as the General Manager. Phil has led the club in two different tenures, leaving in 2010 and returning in 2016, and is grateful to be back at TCC.
When not at the Club, Phil enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. He is also a proud member of the Club Manager’s Association and works on projects around his home and landscaping.

Courtney Salvo

Event Director & Assistant General Manager

Courtney Salvo joined Troy Country Club in 2017, bringing with her five years of experience as a full-time Wedding Event Director at Cedar Springs Pavilion. A Troy resident, Courtney is also a proud member of the Club Management Association of America (CMAA). In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, caring for her two cats, Cookie and Nova, watching movies, cooking, and developing her passion for photography.

Amy Lightner

Accounting/Controller

Amy Lightner started at the Troy Country Club in September of 2015. Her previous experience includes 11 years with the Piqua Country Club also located in Miami County, Ohio. She currently resides in Troy with her husband and 3 children.

Travis Mumma

PGA Golf Pro

Travis, a native of Troy, Ohio, now resides in the same town with his wife Michelle and their children, Eli and Lydia. Since 2021, he has served as the Head Golf Professional at Troy Country Club, having been part of the TCC golf team since 2018 and gaining PGA of America membership in 2015. Travis finds joy in teaching golf, witnessing the growth of his players, and emphasizes that whatever one does, it should primarily be enjoyable. With expertise in club fitting using a Trackman 4 and cutting-edge technology, he is a certified fitter for Taylormade, Ping, Titleist, and Callaway.

Executive Chef

Chef Nathan most recently served as Chef de Cuisine at the Inn at Versailles, where he developed a strong reputation for creativity and elevated cuisine.
